We are happy to see such a nice response from people all over the world regarding our new video release: Cold World. We gotta admit, we expected it to have a strong imprint on your hearts as it is a deep and thoughtful song that we worked hard for. But we hope that your reactions will exceed our expectations and make this video take off to a tour of hearts around the world.
An important aspect of our song is the lyrics. Being a ballad, or love song, the lyrics create the mood in which the listener dives. Unfortunately today’s world is a world of tits and buts and fucks. We are sad to notice that everything in today’s society revolves around it: from the commercials, to movies, theatres, parties, relationships and of course, musical videos. We were actually told that in order to make this viral we need to show some tits or buts or something to raise the interest level. It would have definitely been against our principles which we like to uphold in everything we do. People might think that we are old fashioned, but so be it. If real deep sentiments mean not being hip, cool and trendy, then we don’t wanna be hip, cool and trendy. We like simple and sincere feelings.
We leave the ‘players’ play their lust game and we’ll continue trying to show that even though many people got bored of real love, still this is the only thing that can bring you any happiness and fulfillment and not the naked buts and overflowing tits.
Honestly I wanted to talk about the lyrics in this blog post, but as it seems it developed in a statement of believes, so I’ll have to come back next time with going further into the lyrics. Until then, have another look at the video and don’t be shy to share it with your friends
